1. Cancelling the subscription
At any time, no penalty or lock-in term (the minimum duration is the month already paid): write to fembot@femmeza.shop from the business's email, or cancel from your Mercado Pago account. Service continues to the end of the period already paid. Partial months are not refunded, except in the cases below.
2. Withdrawal — 5 business days
You may withdraw from the first payment within 5 business days of subscribing, provided the service has not started (it starts when installation or activation of the bot begins). To exercise it, write to fembot@femmeza.shop with subject "Withdrawal". We refund 100 % of what you paid, with no deductions, by the same payment method, no later than 30 calendar days (our target is 10 business days).
The service does not start before the 5 business days are over, unless you ask for it. If you ask to start earlier (for example an immediate installation), we tell you and you tick a box: "I ask for the service to start now and understand I lose the right of withdrawal (Law 1480, art. 47, no. 1)". Without that box, we wait.
3. If we do not provide the service
- If we cannot install or activate within 15 business days of payment for reasons on our side, we refund 100 %.
- If the service is suspended through FemBot's fault for more than 72 consecutive hours in a month, we credit or refund the days not provided.
- If the service does not match what was offered on the day you subscribed, you are entitled to the warranty and, if not corrected, a refund.
4. Not refunded
Months already provided; a WhatsApp number block resulting from the business's operation (a risk disclosed in the terms); downgrades within the current cycle.
5. Payment reversal and chargebacks
If you do not recognise a payment or suspect fraud, write to us first. You may also ask your bank or Mercado Pago for a reversal within legal deadlines. While a chargeback is pending the subscription is suspended (nothing is deleted).
6. How long we take
We reply and give a reference number the same or next business day; we order the refund from Mercado Pago within 5 business days of accepting the request.
