We tested several AI models with the same code that serves real customers and a test bank built on a catalog of 105 real products.
The Basic plan uses a compact model that runs on a computer without a graphics card. It got the first recommendation right in 25 of 30 cases and resolved 16 of 18 orders from a description.
The Entrepreneur and Business plans use a model hosted on our GPU machines: the typical AI response takes about 4.6 seconds.
Business Max is sized with you: a GPU server and a larger model around your volume. Response times are agreed in writing in the quote.
We don't sell you "the smartest AI": we show you how it was tested. Figures come from our test bank, not a guarantee for every catalog.

Not on any. Before installing we check your computer: it needs a compatible processor, a solid-state drive (SSD) and at least 8 GB of memory (16 GB recommended). Without a graphics card, the typical AI response takes about 14.2 seconds.
Today the bot connects as WhatsApp Web, just like opening WhatsApp on your computer. This is not the official API: WhatsApp may block numbers that use automation. We reduce the risk with a safe sending pace and campaigns only to people who already wrote to you, but we can't remove it. Connecting to the official API is on our development roadmap.
Not yet. It understands the voice notes your customers send and replies in text.
Hosted plans run on our machines and currently have no uptime guarantee (SLA). If there's an interruption, we let you know and the bot resumes when the service is back.
You pay monthly on the payment provider's secure page. You can cancel anytime and the service runs until the end of the paid period.
Yes. With Basic they stay on your computer. On hosted plans you can export them, and if you cancel you get 30 days to download them before they're verifiably deleted.
